Presentation of the Book For the Exclusive City. Vlnius after Judita Vaičiūtaitė by Viktorija Daujotytė and the Introduction to the Exhibition Vilnius Motif in Litographs Compiled by Jonas Kazimieras Vilčinskis

The presentation is dedicated to introduce the cultural society to the book by Viktorija Daujotyte. The author deals with the poetic image of Vilnius City after Judita Vaičiūnaite, the Lithuanian poetess of the 20th c. The presentation of the book is combined together with the introduction to an exhibition “Vilnius Motif in Litographs compiled by Jonas Kazimieras Vilčinskis”. The composition on display is compiled of nearly a hundred old lithographs presenting various Vilnius cityscape views of the 19th c. Some of the lithographs were selected and applied to design the book.
