Instructions for Posters
Layout
The size of each poster should be 1.2 m (height) x 0.9 m (width).
Posters should be printed on a paper footing.
The conference working language will be English and therefore the posters have to be done in English.
A poster should be self-contained and self-explanatory, allowing different viewers to proceed on their own whiling leaving the author free to discuss points raised by viewers. An effective poster should balances figures and text and highlight main points. Avoid long texts and small fonts.
Title
Prepare a banner for the top of your poster indicating the title, authors, and affiliations.
Lettering in the label should be at least 2.5 cm high.
Illustrations
Figures should be designed to be viewed from a distance, and should use clear, visible graphics.
The main points should be clear without extended viewing, but detail can be included for the knowledgeable viewer.
The sequence of illustrations should be indicated with numbers or letters at least 1,5 cm high, preferably in bold print.
